Service Description

In fitness, boot camp is a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). In our conveniently named Booty Camp, we focus on exercises and twerk techniques that tone the body and specifically, the booty. It is a fun way to burn calories and to practice your twerk moves. Moreover you build muscles and stamina all the while dancing. This makes a perfect combination of fitness and dance. Including strengthening exercises such as squats and lunges as well as basic twerk techniques such as pop, drop and jiggle, Booty Camp is the ultimate opportunity to develop your twerking skills and shape your waist and bubble butt. Every class works with a theme or music style, including reggaeton, dancehall, rnb and so on. Each class starts with a warm up and a short demo of the twerk moves. Then follows 30 min of sweaty workout. We end the session with a cooldown and some stretching exercises.
