Service Description
In fitness, boot camp is a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). In our conveniently named Booty Camp, we focus on exercises and twerk techniques that tone the body and specifically, the booty. It is a fun way to burn calories and to practice your twerk moves. Moreover you build muscles and stamina all the while dancing. This makes a perfect combination of fitness and dance. Including strengthening exercises such as squats and lunges as well as basic twerk techniques such as pop, drop and jiggle, Booty Camp is the ultimate opportunity to develop your twerking skills and shape your waist and bubble butt. Every class works with a theme or music style, including reggaeton, dancehall, rnb and so on. Each class starts with a warm up and a short demo of the twerk moves. Then follows 30 min of sweaty workout. We end the session with a cooldown and some stretching exercises. Dresscode: - Loose shorts or leggings, no tight clothing as this will hinder the movements - (Indoor) sneakers or socks - Sports bra or t shirts - Kneepads !! No class on 26 January (Studio Rebelle XXL) and on 23 February (International Twerk Championship - Belgium preselections) !!

At Twerkmama, we offer flexible pricing options to suit your needs: 1. full-course - covers all classes of your chosen course: Twerk Basics, Booty Camp or Twerk & Performance - includes 3 jokers per season: must be used within the same season and cannot be used in advance 2. 10-class pass - valid for 10 classes across all courses (mix & match) - physical card is issued at your first class (valid for 1 year) - you must bring your card to every class: no card = no participation - if lost, a new card can be purchased at full price 3. single class ticket - attend any class on a 1 time basis. Valid for 1 month after purchase
